Yes, absolutely. You can return your order within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How it works:
- Email support@getcalmnights.com with your order number.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Once your return arrives, we process your refund and update you by email.
Opened hygiene products: If the product seal has been opened, we cannot resell it for hygiene and safety reasons. If you still wish to return an opened hygiene product, return shipping costs apply.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, so you can follow the delivery in real time.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 5 to 15 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

Email support@getcalmnights.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review your case and send a replacement at no cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not suitable.
Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs €5.95.
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout before completing your order. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.
Yes, exchanges for other sizes or colors are possible, but additional costs may apply. Email support@getcalmnights.com and tell us what you want to exchange.
For orders up to €150, applicable import taxes are included in your checkout total.
For orders above €150, additional import charges may apply at delivery, depending on local customs authorities and the carrier.
