Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions by email on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes custom products, gift cards, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Opened hygiene or personal care products are generally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before placing your order.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us at support@getcalmnights.com.

Exchanges may be possible depending on the product and stock availability. Additional costs may apply.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
