It started with bad nights

Calm Nights started because one couple got tired of broken sleep. He was tired of snoring, waking up during the night, and starting the next day exhausted, foggy, and far from rested.

She was tired of waking up in the middle of the night to nudge him, turn him over, or somehow make the snoring stop.

We tried almost everything

Different products. Different sleeping positions. Different routines. We even tried sleeping in separate rooms for a while. But that was never the long-term solution we wanted.

So the search continued. She ordered almost every anti-snoring product she could find. Some felt uncomfortable. Some were used once and never again. Some helped a little, but not enough.

At the same time, she tested different earplugs to find ones that felt comfortable enough to wear through the night and still reduced noise properly.

Then something finally worked

After years of trial and error, we found products that worked for us. Then our friends and family started asking about them. What are you using? Where did you find them? What helped the most? When what worked for us started helping others too, the idea for Calm Nights was born.
